A phone is the key to a customer's identity. Fraudsters are using more and more sophisticated methods to gain access to it.
When a genuine customer’s account has weak security, fraudsters will impersonate them to access and take over their SIM card. From there, a fraudster can gain access to a customer’s email and bank accounts, as well as other sensitive information.
